During baking AKTINA’s chocolate soufflé obtains a compact texture on the outside while on the inside it maintains a heart of rich chocolate which flows by dipping the spoon. The mix is easy to prepare and the final product can be preserved in the freezer as well as in deep freezer. Even after defrosting AKTINA ensures exceptional aesthetic result and exquisite taste.
- We can store our dough in deep freezer and bake it whenever we want without defrosting.
- We can store the soufflé baked in deep freezer and when it is to be served we place it for 20’’ in the microwave oven.
