Ideal for filling cakes or treatsor as a base for the preparation of a wide range of pastry creams. Αφρατεύεται με σαντιγί. Can be mixed with couverture or be scented with rum or other alcoholic drinks. Bake stable and also stale after defrosting. It preserves the smooth and soft texture in the final product.
